We primarily focus on private rental houses in the Canyon Crest and Mission Grove areas in Riverside, California. The Canyon Crest area is one of the most established and highly maintained areas in Riverside. The houses were built between 1969-1970 with quality materials. Every lawn or yard is immaculate. Many of the houses have been updated. Unlike some newer neighborhoods, each house has a good amount of space between one another and there were no foreclosures during the bubble in the economy in 2015-2018. All of our houses are single story here, on premium lots, have views of the city, are near Golf Courses, and near shopping centers. Mission Grove was built in 1990, adjacent to Canyon Crest, and are entirely two-story houses. Again our houses are on premium lots, the highest of the development, have views of the mountains, large backyards, and secluded.  Lastly, we also offer unique, easy-on-the-income apartments in a quiet setting in Moreno Valley, CA.
